Key Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture across civil infrastructure and construction projects. Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments. Support project teams with practical HSE guidance and legislative compliance. Maintain HSE systems, reporting and contractor management processes. Build strong relationships with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients. Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years’ HSE experience within civil construction, infrastructure, mining or related high-risk industries. Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum). Diploma or higher qualification in Work Health & Safety highly regarded. Strong knowledge of WA WHS legislation and contractor management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and field-based leadership skills.
